Our   Neighborhood

We live in an historic neighborhood where kids play football and baseball in the streets.  A neighborhood where children ride bikes to Doyle Park, people walk their dogs and where if you time it right, you can buy a cool glass of lemonade at a kid-run lemonade stand on the corner of Grand Avenue and 33rd Street.

Some of us are Everett born and raised, others – transplants who chose to live in the Norton Grand neighborhood for its special character.  We are engaged in our community and employed by and support local businesses.

We are a neighborhood made up of largely single-family use homes alongside multi-family and supportive housing like Housing Hope. We are welcoming more and more young families with children, families who specifically chose Norton Grand because of its small-town character and a shared love of unique, historic homes.
